Amazon has added Uber Eats restaurant ordering to its website and Amazon Shopping app, giving U.S. Prime members a $0 Delivery Fee when they spend $25 or more. Members can order now using their Amazon login and saved payment methods, without creating an Uber account or installing another app. The service covers nearly 10,000 cities and towns, with hundreds of thousands of participating restaurants.

The introductory promotion offers $20 off the first two qualifying Uber Eats orders, with a $25 minimum and eligibility limited to the first 14 days. Prime Visa cardmembers can also receive 5% back on Uber Eats orders through December 5, 2026, provided they have an eligible Prime membership. Prime costs $14.99 monthly or $139 annually, and eligible customers can try it free for 30 days.

The delivery benefit also covers subscribers to Prime for Young Adults and Prime Access, Amazon's memberships offered at half price. Through Amazon Family, members can share the delivery fee waiver with one other adult in their household. Prime for Young Adults serves higher education students and people ages 18 to 24, while Prime Access serves qualifying recipients of government assistance and customers whose income has been verified.

Amazon and Uber put potential annual savings from the delivery benefit and promotions at more than $175. That estimate compares ordering inside Amazon with ordering directly through Uber Eats without Uber One, using an annual projection drawn from August 2026 order data. The companies say actual savings differ by order and are not guaranteed.

Customers can find nearby restaurants by searching for Uber Eats in the Amazon Shopping app, then pay through their Amazon account. Options include Chipotle and Wingstop, alongside regional restaurants and smaller local businesses. Amazon handles delivery updates through email and push notifications, while Uber Eats sends the final order confirmation.

The restaurant benefit follows Amazon's May introduction of Amazon Now in U.S. markets, offering delivery in 30 minutes or less from small warehouses. That service launched with Prime delivery pricing starting at $3.99 and a further $1.99 charge for baskets below $15, compared with the new restaurant benefit's $0 Delivery Fee at the $25 threshold.
