Razer today introduced the Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition, an officially licensed PlayStation 5 controller with a magnesium alloy exoskeleton and an initial production run limited to 1,337 individually numbered units. The controller weighs 260 g and includes six remappable multi-function buttons, while Razer has not disclosed a price. It also supports PC play, with polling reaching up to 2,000 Hz through Razer HyperPolling Wireless on PC.

That maximum polling figure applies to PC use; Sony Interactive Entertainment has neither tested nor endorsed its PC compatibility. The controller uses a symmetrical arrangement for its thumbsticks, which have contactless TMR sensors that Razer says improve durability and aiming precision. Its additional controls comprise four mouse-click back buttons plus two claw-grip bumpers, letting players assign commands such as melee attacks without moving their thumbs off the sticks.

Players can use the Razer PS mobile app or Razer Synapse to change button assignments, thumbstick sensitivity and trigger response. Custom profiles can be stored on the controller itself to carry those settings between gaming setups. For connections, the package includes a Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle supporting PlayStation 5 and PC, alongside a cable with USB Type-A and USB Type-C connectors for wired gaming and charging.

The shell has polygonal openings across its top and rear, with a nano coating that Razer says protects the exposed internal components from debris. A tinted, partly transparent glass touchpad carries a laser-etched Razer logo, while textured TPU covers the handles. Razer says the double-shot PBT construction of the action buttons, directional pad and secondary inputs prevents their markings from fading and helps resist oil accumulation.

The included accessories let owners change both the thumbstick shape and the rear controls: alternative caps offer a short convex option and a tall concave option. Four interchangeable back button covers come with an anodized aluminum tool for replacing the buttons. A leatherette carrying case is also included for transport or display.

Razer's earlier Razer Wolverine V4 Pro and wired Razer Wolverine V4 Tournament Edition used capacitive thumbstick sensors and supported PC polling of up to 8,000 Hz. Their XBOX Series X|S polling specification reached 250 Hz.
