Salesforce today expanded Agentforce Coworker with a $50 monthly option for each user, reusable Skills and connections to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The company says usage has grown 21 times in three months, with more than 185,000 users putting the AI assistant to work. The new connections let it combine Salesforce account information with emails, calendar entries and files when preparing work such as meeting briefs or renewal plans.
The pricing option, Skills and Conversation History are available now, while Microsoft Teams support and apps for iOS, Mac and Windows are scheduled for general availability this month. Salesforce expects scheduled tasks and Daily Digest in December, so recurring assignments arrive later than the new subscription option. A free trial for Flex Credits customers and the Coworker MCP server for connectivity are also scheduled for general availability this month.

Employees can give Agentforce Coworker an assignment, which Salesforce says it helps break into steps and route through supported agents and workflows. For a renewal at risk, it can assemble service records, find outstanding cases and prepare a customer follow-up. It returns results and proposed actions for employees to review.
Skills lets teams reuse an established workflow through a short request, including applying a successful seller’s renewal approach across a team. Conversation History preserves earlier exchanges across Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and the new apps so employees can resume work on another device. Salesforce says the apps will let users assign work, monitor progress, inspect results and approve actions.
Salesforce says Agentforce Coworker uses employee permissions, sharing rules and configured controls to determine access. Organizations can control which supported agents and actions employees can use, with approvals and auditing offered for supported operations. Its business context can include Salesforce records, metadata and supported external data accessed through Data 360.
Among customers, Fulton Bank deployed more than 20 production use cases serving approximately 3,000 users, according to Salesforce. BACA Systems enabled the assistant in 20 minutes in a setup containing 1,300 custom objects. Salesforce says BACA Systems began using it to answer questions that previously involved extensive manual searches.
The Adecco Group said in September that it was extending Agentforce Coworker to more than 40 countries, following pilots in the UK and France. That rollout was intended to put Agentforce Coworker into daily work for 27,000 employees across recruitment, sales and engagement with clients and candidates.
