Adecco Group is taking Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker worldwide, moving the enterprise AI tool into more than 40 countries after pilots in the UK and France. The staffing company says the rollout puts the assistant into the daily workflows of 27,000 employees, covering sales, recruitment and client and candidate engagement.

Coworker is Salesforce's enterprise AI teammate, built into the platform and powered by Anthropic's Claude. For Adecco, it is meant to give staff one place to reach data, systems and organizational knowledge that previously sat scattered across dozens of tools, the company says. According to the release, the assistant will also draw context from over 2.5 million interactions between agents and candidates since April 2025.

In practice, sales staff and recruiters can use it to surface priority prospects, prepare sales briefs, enrich prospect data and check the status of leads across teams, according to the announcement. Recruiters can pick candidates and start pre-screening, recruiter or onboarding agents. Adecco says it already runs agentic AI in recruitment workflows in ten countries, which it describes as 50% of its business revenues.

The deployment sits under an unlimited Agentforce 360 enterprise agreement between Adecco and Salesforce, which the companies say lets Adecco scale agentic AI across its global operations. Adecco CEO Denis Machuel was due to appear with Salesforce chair and CEO Marc Benioff at the Dreamforce main keynote on the day of the announcement, alongside the CEOs of Anthropic, NVIDIA and Siemens.

Machuel framed the rollout as a response to a broader shift in how work gets done. "We are seeing the biggest redesign of work since the internet; we need to enable our people with technology and new ways of working," he said, adding that the pilot showed strong adoption within days. He said the tool frees sales teams and recruiters to focus on richer engagement with candidates and clients.

The announcement does not disclose what Adecco is paying for the unlimited agreement or how many of its employees fall outside the 27,000 covered by this rollout. Adecco operates through Adecco, Akkodis and LHH across 60 countries, a wider footprint than the 40 plus countries named for Coworker.

The move lands on a busy Dreamforce day for Salesforce, which also used the event to unveil AIforce, a live interface layer for its platform, and Koa, its first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce, built on NVIDIA Nemotron. Siemens separately deepened its own AI partnership with Salesforce at the same event.

Coworker has been building toward general use. Salesforce said earlier this month that AI Skills in Agentforce Coworker was in pilot and slated for general availability in October 2026, part of a launch that added seven AI agents to the platform. Salesforce has been leaning on Agentforce as a growth driver, reporting an $800 million annual recurring revenue run rate for the platform in its February earnings.
