What You're Getting

• WiFi 6: Advertised wireless speeds reach up to 5400 Mbps for browsing, streaming, gaming, and downloading across devices.
• 5 GHz connectivity: 4T4R and HE160 technologies support connections up to 4.8 Gbps on this band.
• Coverage: Rated for up to 2,000 square feet, with six antennas, high-power FEM, and beamforming to direct signal toward devices.
• USB sharing: One USB 3.0 port supports media sharing and private cloud storage, giving the router a role beyond wireless access.
• Ventilation: Expanded vented areas help manage heat during operation.

Who This Is For

This fits households that mix gaming and streaming with everyday browsing and downloads, especially when several devices need access at once. Its stated coverage makes it worth considering for homes up to 2,000 square feet, while the USB port adds appeal for anyone who wants to share media locally. Choose it for those features rather than treating the advertised speed as a promise for every room.

The Caveat

Wireless performance varies with conditions, device distance, and obstacles such as walls. The advertised speed and coverage figures are upper limits, so your home's layout matters.

Final Verdict

The Archer AX73 earns consideration through its combination of WiFi 6, coverage features, and USB sharing at $99.99. Get this deal if those are the capabilities your household needs.
