Microsoft's second Game Pass wave for July is headlined by two of the wave's day-one releases: Halo Studios' remake of Halo: Combat Evolved and Game Freak's Beast of Reincarnation.
Halo: Campaign Evolved arrives July 28 for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass across cloud, console, handheld, and PC. Microsoft describes it as a ground-up campaign remake with HD visuals, refined controls, up to four-player online co-op, three new missions, and an expanded set of weapons, vehicles, and enemies.
Beast of Reincarnation follows August 4 for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Game Freak's new action RPG combines real-time and turn-based combat in a post-apocalyptic Japan and follows protagonist Emma and her canine companion, Koo.
The wider update begins with day-one launch Shift at Midnight on July 22 and Hell is Us on July 23. Mistfall Hunter, also a day-one release, arrives July 30, followed by Corsair Cove on July 31. Heretic + Hexen joins Game Pass Premium on August 4 after already being available through Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Microsoft also lists eight games leaving the service on July 31, including Celeste, Crusader Kings III, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, and Sniper Elite: Resistance.
