PlayStation Store is marking its 20th anniversary with a showcase featuring game deals and curated picks, scheduled for November 2, 2026. Sony has also gathered recommendations from PlayStation Studios and third-party developers, focusing on games they enjoyed more than expected.

The anniversary post lists Inscryption for PS4 and PS5 at $6.99, reduced 65% from $19.99. Shadow of the Colossus is listed at $4.99, down 75% from $19.99. Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age Definitive Edition is $19.99, reduced 50% from $39.99.

Those three offers expire on November 5, 2026, at 2:59 a.m. ET, November 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT, and November 5, 2026, at 7:59 a.m. GMT. The page cautions that prices can vary between regions and that its information may change.

In the official anniversary post, Final Fantasy VII Remake series director Naoki Hamaguchi chooses Balatro. He highlights the satisfaction of increasing scores through progression and combinations within its poker-based rules. The post lists the PS4 and PS5 game at $14.99.

Naughty Dog's Arne Meyer selects Inscryption, praising the interactions between cards and modifiers and the way its story and mechanics gradually reveal additional layers. San Diego Studio's Ramone Russell chooses God of War, explaining that its treatment of fatherhood, grief and identity helped win him over. The PS4 title is listed at $19.99.

Santa Monica Studio game director Bruno Velazquez picks Sayonara Wild Hearts despite usually having little interest in rhythm-focused games. He credits its visual style, story and soundtrack with drawing him in. The post lists the PS4 game at $12.99.
