Narwal is taking its FlowWash track-mopping system beyond the flagship Flow line. At IFA 2026 in Berlin, the company introduced its fall cleaning lineup, led by the Freo 20 and Freo 20 Edge robot vacuums, the V50 Cube, and a preview of wet and dry floor cleaners the company plans for Europe in 2027.
The expansion creates a clearer price ladder around FlowWash. The Freo 20 pairs the mopping system with hot water and camera-based object recognition, while the $799.99 Freo 20 Edge keeps the same rated suction and core mop design but uses room-temperature water and a simpler sensor package. Narwal also displayed the Flow 2 White, a color update to its current flagship.
Both new Freo robots are rated at 31,000 Pa of suction and use a flattened track mop that cleans itself while moving across the floor. Sixteen nozzles distribute clean water across the mop, a scraper removes dirty water and debris, and the assembly applies 12 newtons of downward pressure. Narwal's EdgeReach system can also push the mop outward along walls and into corners.
The Freo 20 is the higher-end model. It runs water at 60 degrees Celsius through the mop during a cleaning cycle and uses NarMind Pro with dual RGB cameras. Narwal says that vision system can recognize more than 300 household object types. The Freo 20 has been available in the United States since August 20 at a $1,099.99 MSRP. Its initial $899.99 promotion was scheduled to run through September 3.
The Freo 20 Edge is the more consequential addition for price-sensitive buyers. It keeps the 31,000 Pa suction rating, 12-newton mop pressure, tangle-resistant brush system, and a mop extension that reaches up to 4.8 centimeters outward. It cleans the mop with room-temperature water during a run instead of the Freo 20's 60-degree water.
Navigation is the other main tradeoff. The Edge replaces the Freo 20's dual RGB cameras with hidden dToF LiDAR and dual-sided structured light. Narwal says it can recognize more than 150 object types. The robot's recessed sensor design accompanies a 9.5-centimeter body, while the dock handles dust emptying and dries the mop with air heated to 45 degrees Celsius.
On paper, the $300 MSRP difference is not about headline suction. It buys the Freo 20's hotter in-run mop washing and more advanced camera system. The Edge retains the cleaning hardware Narwal is emphasizing most heavily, then cuts back the sensing package and water temperature.
The Freo 20 Edge goes on sale in the United States on September 7 through Narwal and Amazon. Its MSRP is $799.99, with a $699.99 launch price scheduled from September 7 through September 20.

Narwal's other finished product at IFA is the V50 Cube, built around a compact auto-empty dock. Narwal puts the machine at 1.4 kilograms with a 210 air watt rating. Its dock empties collected dust through a nine-layer filtration system, while the included tools cover floors, carpets, furniture, upholstery, and corners.
The V50 Cube extends Narwal's automation strategy to a category that normally needs more hands-on maintenance than a robot vacuum. The company has not announced United States pricing or availability, so the dock design and suction rating remain preview details for this market.
The final part of the IFA announcement is less complete. Narwal plans an Essential model and a Flagship model in a new wet and dry vacuum range for Europe in 2027. The company lists 25,000 Pa suction, AI DirtSense controls, a 180-degree flat-lie design, and up to 40 minutes of runtime in AI mode for the flagship. It also claims a 400-degree Celsius steam specification and 95-degree hot-water mopping, although the announcement does not explain where the steam temperature is measured.
Narwal has not shared additional model names, prices, or firm launch dates. The company also says United States details for the wet and dry range will come later. That makes the Freo 20 Edge the lineup's immediate new United States release, and the one that most directly shows how far Narwal is willing to bring its flagship mopping design down the price ladder.
