Meta is introducing tools today that let Forum admins use admin AI to prepare and schedule up to five posts together, check submissions against group rules and coordinate through a shared calendar. Forum, its app for Facebook Groups, is available in the US for iOS and Android; users sign in through their Facebook account to access existing groups and find others.
The drafting feature lets admins review and change AI-generated posts before publishing them when they choose. A separate addition uses admin AI to assess posts awaiting approval against rules that admins have established for their group. Its tags indicate whether a submission probably follows those rules or could violate them, leaving the approval decision with an admin.

Those assessments appear both within admin AI and alongside posts waiting for review. The tool also helps admins sort through membership applications and submitted posts by suggesting next steps. Beyond that queue, it identifies topics members are talking about and draws attention to areas doing well or needing attention.
For automated moderation, Admin Assist now allows admins to combine several conditions into custom rules, including whether a post uses links, its length and previous moderation actions. The two tools give admins different controls: admin AI offers assessments for review, while Admin Assist lets them configure automated moderation. Meta says admins retain authority over what their groups permit, and posts remain subject to its Community Standards.
The shared calendar gives admins and moderators a single view of posts their team has scheduled, which Meta says should help prevent duplicate work and gaps in coordination. Admin Home is also getting recurring updates about Facebook Groups features, giving administrators a place to learn about recent additions.
New insights will offer suggested priorities based on whether a group is new, expanding or already established. Admins can access those insights within their group and through Admin Home in Forum. They can also pin a member’s comment to give an answer, correction or clarification greater visibility.
Meta’s September 29 introduction described Forum as a dedicated app that keeps Facebook Groups synchronized and gathers them in one place. That earlier introduction said testing began in May and promised further details about tools for admins in the following weeks.
