ASUS has introduced Zenbook 14 (UX3480), bringing Arctic Blue and Komodo Coral finishes to its Ceraluminum laptop material as it begins a global launch in Europe. The debut pairs the computer with temporary consumer experiences in nine European cities, putting its colors and materials at the center of the rollout. ASUS has not disclosed a price for the new model.
ASUS describes Ceraluminum as a material that brings together ceramic durability and aluminum's low weight. The company says Zenbook 14 also incorporates AI features intended to make everyday tasks more responsive and personalized. For the European introduction, ASUS is giving visitors a chance to encounter the laptop through its appearance, surface feel and hands-on interaction in venues outside a conventional computer shop.
The two finishes draw on different natural settings: Komodo Coral takes its muted color from Indonesia's Pink Beach, while Arctic Blue draws inspiration from winter lakes and compressed ice. ASUS connects the coral shade to the beach's mixture of white sand and red fragments from coral reefs and microscopic foraminifera. For the blue finish, the company describes pale tones combined with darker shades inspired by frozen water.
Participating cities include Paris, London and Berlin, alongside Amsterdam, Stockholm, Munich, Lisbon, Madrid and Milan. ASUS has adapted spaces such as bookstores and cafés, as well as boutique hotels and selected retail venues, around the laptop's colors and materials. The installations are intended to let consumers explore the product through physical interaction and discovery.
The European activities extend ASUS's Design You Can Feel initiative into places people visit during their daily routines. Earlier iterations included appearances at Milan Design Week and the London Design Festival. ASUS says this approach puts texture, color and craftsmanship ahead of a specifications-first introduction to Zenbook.
Ceraluminum also featured in the earlier Zenbook A16, introduced in ASUS's CES 2026 lineup with a 1.2kg chassis and a 16-inch 3K OLED screen. That model paired a Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme processor with battery operation ASUS claimed exceeded 21 hours, giving the earlier Zenbook launch concrete performance and endurance figures alongside its material design.
