Get This Deal

For just $539.99, down from its list price of $599.99, the RS700S puts both wireless capacity and fast Ethernet ports into one router. The practical draw is connecting a busy household while giving equipment such as gaming PCs and NAS drives dedicated wired connections.

What You're Getting

• Tri-band WiFi 7 across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz, with speeds of up to 19 Gbps across those bands. Actual performance depends on your devices and internet plan.
• A 12-stream design rated for coverage up to 3,500 square feet and support for 200 devices. Walls, floors, and interference can reduce that reach.
• One 10 Gig WAN port for your modem or gateway, plus one 10 Gig LAN port and four 1 Gig LAN ports for wired equipment.
• The free Nighthawk app for iOS and Android offers guided setup, speed tests, device pausing, and guest networks. Active internet is required.
• Ethernet connectivity to an existing modem or gateway, with support for most cable, fiber, DSL, and satellite providers. Some gateways and modem-router combinations require bridge mode.

Who This Is For

This fits households juggling 4K or 8K streaming, gaming, and work calls across many devices. It also makes sense for buyers with fast fiber service who want 10 Gig connections for both the incoming connection and wired equipment.

The Caveat

Larger or multistory homes may benefit from an Orbi mesh system. Treat the coverage rating as a guide, since your home's walls and floors affect the result.

Final Verdict

Choose the RS700S if its tri-band capacity and 10 Gig ports match your network needs. Get this deal at Amazon for $539.99 to save $60 off the $599.99 list price.
