What You're Getting

• The router and satellite cover up to 5,500 square feet and connect up to 100 devices.
• Tri-band WiFi 7 with Enhanced Backhaul supports advertised speeds up to 11 Gbps, plus connections from WiFi 6 and WiFi 5 devices.
• Compatibility with cable or fiber internet provider equipment supports plans up to 2.5 Gbps. The router connects to your existing modem.
• The Orbi app provides guided setup, device management and guest WiFi controls, including management from anywhere.
• Security features enabled out of the box include Advanced Router Protection and automatic firmware updates.

Who This Is For

This package makes sense for households juggling video calls, streaming TVs and gaming across several rooms. Support for older WiFi generations also lets you include existing devices as you add newer hardware. If your current network already covers your space and handles your devices comfortably, the larger coverage allowance alone is less reason to upgrade.

The Caveat

The advertised 11 Gbps figure is a WiFi speed specification, while supported internet plans top out at 2.5 Gbps. Real-world speeds vary with your connected devices and internet plan.

Final Verdict

Choose this Orbi two-pack if you need broader home coverage, capacity for many devices and WiFi 7 in one package. Get the $449.99 deal for that combination of features and the $100 saving off the $549.99 list price.
