Salesforce used its Dreamforce stage to introduce AIforce, a live interface layer meant to carry the company's data, workflows and business logic into whatever AI tool a customer already opens. The pitch is that the same Salesforce records and rules show up inside Claude, Slack, Agentforce Coworker and Lightning rather than only in Salesforce's own screens. AIforce sits as an added layer on the Agentic Enterprise architecture, which already bundles Data 360 for unified context, Customer 360, semantic intelligence, and the Agentforce digital workforce and builder.

Three products arrive alongside the launch. Claudeforce extends the existing Salesforce partnership with Anthropic and puts Salesforce inside Claude as a prebuilt MCP server carrying 37 ready-made sales skills. Slackforce pulls Salesforce context into Slack conversations and workflows, builds interactive live interfaces called Slackforce Surfaces from Salesforce and Slack data, and powers the Slackbot personal assistant. Agentforce Coworker rounds out the trio.

Salesforce says the layer runs on permissions and business rules companies already have, so there is no new permissions model to design, no migration and no custom integration work. Administrators connect once and teams are meant to have access from day one, according to the announcement. The company also says AIforce operates under Zero Data Retention, meaning the model provider does not keep a customer's business data after answering a query.

For builders, AIforce accepts MCPs, APIs, plug-ins and skills. A Salesforce Development plug-in for Claude Code ships with more than 40 skills, a GitHub skills library and dynamic sub-plug-ins. Users can also assemble live interfaces simply by describing what they want. Salesforce says more platform integrations are coming but has not said which ones or when.

What the announcement leaves open matters as much as what it covers. Salesforce disclosed no pricing for AIforce, no general availability date and no regional availability details. The Claude integration was piloted by Deloitte, GitLab and Legora before opening to all customers in beta. Salesforce lists Tableau analytics plus service, marketing, commerce and industries skills as future additions to the Claude offering.

The launch lands as Salesforce's Trailblazer community marks its 20th anniversary at the same event. Salesforce credits that community with 12 million apps built, 9.6 billion API calls a day, 156 million lines of AI-generated code and more than 151 million Trailhead badges earned. Salesforce made other announcements at the same event, among them an expanded Google Cloud partnership and Koa, which it describes as its first CRM reasoning model, trained on 27 years of its CRM intelligence.

Salesforce is tying Agentforce to outside platforms as well, from Siemens Teamcenter to Google Cloud infrastructure. AIforce pushes that strategy further by treating the interface itself as interchangeable, with Salesforce supplying the context underneath.
