The laptop launch follows preorders that opened October 7, while compact desktop versions were scheduled for November. Software availability has followed a separate timetable: ahead of launch, the Photoshop and Premiere AI upgrades were in beta, with Substance 3D improvements due later. Adobe's work on Photoshop, Premiere and Substance 3D targets gains of up to 2x for AI processing and editing, effects and color tasks, according to NVIDIA.

For developers and people experimenting with local AI, NVIDIA offers tested recipes, playbooks and other resources for running workloads on RTX Spark. The company also put laptops in visitors' hands at retail celebrations, where demonstrations covered games, content production and AI running locally.

Berlin hosted one of six retail launch celebrations worldwide, with visitors gathering at XPERION inside Saturn at Alexanderplatz. NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang appeared at the venue, took selfies with attendees and handed out five RTX Spark laptops carrying his signature. The city's Festival of Lights also included lighting themed around RTX Spark on the Berlin TV Tower.

In San Francisco, a Best Buy event paired laptop demonstrations with discussions featuring local founders and an appearance by tech influencer iJustine. Seoul's gathering at COEX East Lobby offered demonstrations and evening sessions focused on AI and gaming. Local creators led programming and interactive demonstrations at Vatan Bilgisayar Topkapı in Istanbul.

Beijing's celebration took place at the JD MALL Shuangjing Store. In Taipei, the local AI community gathered at Muse Garden for product demonstrations, discussions and music.
