Cancel through the Uber app
Open Uber and select the profile icon. Select Uber One, scroll down, and select Manage Membership. Choose End Membership, then select End Membership again to finish.
If your account uses subscription terminology, open Uber, tap the profile icon, and select Uber One. Scroll down and tap Manage subscription, select End Subscription, then select Leave Uber One.
Complete the confirmation screens you see

If Uber Eats displays the single Continue variant, open Uber Eats and select Account. Tap Uber One, scroll to Manage Membership, then select End Membership, Continue, and End Membership.
If your account displays a contract-termination form, open Uber, tap the profile icon, and select Uber One. Scroll to Manage subscription, select Terminate contract here, and complete the cancellation form. Select Terminate now to finish.
Get help if cancellation fails
If you accidentally subscribed through Uber Eats, open the app’s help section, select Membership, then select Uber One. Complete the cancellation interaction presented there. If it fails, request assistance from support.
If your current Uber One plan displays Auto-Renew, open the plan and turn off Auto-Renew. Uber also provides this cancellation option for accounts that show the control.
