To cancel LinkedIn Premium, open your subscription settings with LinkedIn, Apple, or Google Play, select your subscription, and complete the cancellation prompts. Choose the service that bills you, and cancel at least one day before renewal.
Paid Premium normally stays active until your billing period ends. Canceling a free trial managed directly through LinkedIn ends that trial immediately.

Cancel a subscription billed by LinkedIn
On the LinkedIn desktop website, sign in and click Me, then select Premium features. Under Plan Details, click Manage subscription to open LinkedIn Admin Center.
Click Purchases and select your Active subscription. Under Actions, click Cancel subscription, then click Confirm cancel.
LinkedIn also says directly purchased Premium can be canceled through the LinkedIn mobile app on an Android device.
If you bought Premium through LinkedIn’s mobile website on an iPhone or iPad, LinkedIn requires desktop cancellation. That purchase follows the LinkedIn desktop route even though you used an Apple device to subscribe.
You can also open the LinkedIn cancellation shortcut and, under Access the Premium cancellation page, click Cancel Premium. Sign in if requested and complete the cancellation flow. This shortcut applies to Premium purchased directly from LinkedIn.
Cancel Premium purchased through Apple
On an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro, open Settings and tap your name. Select Subscriptions, open the LinkedIn subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription. Use the Apple Account that purchased Premium.
For an Apple App Store purchase, you can also use the LinkedIn app on an Apple device. Tap your profile photo, select Premium features, then tap Manage your subscription. On Manage Premium account, tap Cancel subscription and complete the remaining prompts.
For browser access, including from Android, open Apple Account subscriptions. Sign in with the purchasing Apple Account and follow the onscreen cancellation instructions.
On a Mac, open App Store, click your name in the sidebar, and sign in if necessary. On the resulting page, click your name, select Subscriptions, open the LinkedIn subscription, and click Cancel Subscription.
If your Mac shows the account settings layout, open App Store, click your name, then click Account Settings. Under Manage, click Manage beside Subscriptions, then click Edit for LinkedIn if shown. Click Cancel Subscription, complete the cancellation dialog, then click Done.
On Windows, open an existing Apple Music or Apple TV app. Click your name, then select View My Account. Under Settings, click Manage beside Subscriptions, find LinkedIn, and click Edit followed by Cancel Subscription.
Cancel Premium purchased through Google Play
Open Google Play subscriptions with the Google Account that purchased Premium. On an Android phone or tablet, select LinkedIn, tap Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining instructions. In a desktop browser, click Manage beside LinkedIn, select Cancel subscription, choose the applicable reason in the confirmation pop-up, and click Continue.
To cancel a Google Play purchase through LinkedIn’s desktop website, click Me, then select Premium features. Under Resources, click Subscription details. In LinkedIn Admin Center, click Purchases and select your Active subscription. Under Actions, click Cancel subscription, then click Confirm cancel.
In the LinkedIn mobile app, tap your profile photo, select Premium features, then tap Manage your subscription. On Manage Premium account, tap Cancel subscription and complete the remaining prompts.
On Android devices that expose Google’s account settings route, open Settings, select Google, tap your name, then select Manage your Google Account. Open Wallet & subscriptions, or Payments & subscriptions if your device shows that label, select Manage subscriptions, open LinkedIn, and tap Cancel subscription. Complete the remaining instructions.
If LinkedIn appears in Google payments center, sign in there, open Subscriptions, find LinkedIn, and select Manage. Select Cancel subscription if available. Otherwise, select Manage subscription to reach the product’s subscription manager and cancel there. If neither option is available, cancel through the subscription provider.
You can also use Google Play Help’s guided cancellation workflow. Sign in with the purchasing Google Account and follow the cancellation flow for LinkedIn.
Request cancellation without signing in
Some subscriptions in the United States and Germany qualify for LinkedIn’s cancellation form without signing in. Open the form at linkedin.com/help/linkedin/ask/PREMIUM-CANCEL and enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email.
Under Contract being cancelled, select Premium Career or Premium Business as appropriate; if you do not know which applies, select I'm not sure. If you selected Premium Career or Premium Business, choose the applicable Payment Platform: LinkedIn, IOS/iTunes, or Google Pay. Choose the applicable Reason for termination, then enter Date the contract should be cancelled. Supply the digits requested by Last 4 digits of the credit card on file, then click Submit.
Cancel Premium Duo or Premium All in One
For Premium Career Duo or Premium Business Duo, only the primary subscriber can cancel, and cancellation affects both accounts. Secondary subscribers cannot cancel or remove themselves. As the primary subscriber on desktop, click Me, then select Premium features to open My Premium.
Open Subscription details on the right, then select Manage subscription. In LinkedIn Admin Center, under Actions, click Cancel subscription and complete the remaining prompts.
For Premium All-in-One, click Me, then select Premium features to open My Premium. Open Subscription details on the right, then select Manage subscription. In LinkedIn Admin Center, under Actions, click Cancel subscription and complete the remaining prompts.
Cancel Premium Company Page
Only the subscribing admin can cancel Premium Company Page. On desktop, open your Page super admin view, then click Premium features, Subscription details, Manage subscription, and Cancel subscription in that order. Complete the remaining prompts.
On mobile, open your Page super admin view and tap Dashboard. Tap Premium features, Subscription details, Manage subscription, and Cancel subscription in that order. Complete the remaining prompts.
You can also cancel through your personal settings, including if you subscribed but were later removed as a Page admin. On desktop, click Me, then select Settings & Privacy. Under Subscriptions & payments, click Manage Premium account, then Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
For the personal settings route on mobile, tap your profile picture, open Settings, and select Account preferences. Under Subscriptions & payments, tap Manage Premium account, then Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts. If you have bundled individual Premium and Company Page subscriptions, cancel each separately.
Cancel Sales Navigator Learning or Recruiter Lite
For self-purchased Sales Navigator Core, open Settings & Privacy, then select Account Preferences. Under Subscriptions & payments, click Manage Premium account, then Manage Subscription. In LinkedIn Admin Center, click Purchases and select the subscription. Under Actions, select Cancel free trial or Cancel subscription as applicable, then complete the remaining steps.
For self-service Sales Navigator Advanced or LinkedIn Learning for Teams purchased through LinkedIn’s desktop website, click Me, then select Settings & Privacy. Under Subscriptions & Payments, click Manage Premium account, then Admin Center. Select the subscription and click Cancel subscription. In the Cancel subscription pop-up, click Cancel subscription.
For individual LinkedIn Learning managed through LinkedIn, open the desktop Learning homepage, click your profile photo, then select Settings. Under Account type: Learning, click Manage to open My Premium. Click Manage Premium account, then Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining steps.
LinkedIn’s individual Learning cancellation help page also offers a Cancel subscription shortcut. Use the desktop billing route because this billing functionality is unavailable in Learning mobile apps.
As a Learning for Teams purchaser or administrator using desktop billing, you can also start from the Learning homepage. Click your profile photo, select Purchases & Payments, then select Purchases. Under Actions, select Cancel Subscription, then click Cancel Subscription in the pop-up.
For Recruiter Lite, cancellation permanently removes its associated recruiting data. If you are a purchaser admin with the Admin Center interface, open the Recruiter Lite homepage and hover over your profile picture. Select Product settings, then Manage Account, then View LinkedIn Admin Center.
Click Purchases and select the subscription. Under Actions, select Cancel free trial or Cancel subscription as applicable, then complete the remaining steps.
If your Recruiter Lite interface does not have Admin Center, hover over your profile picture on the Recruiter Lite homepage. Select Product settings, then Manage Account, then Cancel Subscription. Complete the remaining cancellation flow.
Hibernate your account if you also want to hide it
LinkedIn says hibernating your account immediately cancels active Premium, hides your profile, and prevents reactivation for 24 hours. Apple-billed subscriptions still require separate cancellation through Apple to prevent future billing. For Google Play billing, use the store cancellation route because LinkedIn does not separately explain renewal behavior during hibernation.
To hibernate, click your profile photo, then select Settings & Privacy. Under Account management, select Hibernate account and choose the applicable reason. Enter your password, then click Hibernate account.
Fix a cancellation flow that leaves you stuck
If you cannot find the subscription in Apple or Google Play, check that you are using the account that purchased it. If you subscribed through LinkedIn’s iOS mobile website, switch to the LinkedIn desktop route. Finish every remaining cancellation prompt, including Confirm cancel when the LinkedIn desktop flow shows it.
If you still need help, sign in to LinkedIn Help. At the bottom of a help article or the Help homepage, click Contact us, then select Chat with support. Premium members can alternatively click Start Chat.
Describe the cancellation problem and use the offered support-team connection if you need further help. Treat the assistant as a help route and complete the cancellation steps it directs you to; sending a chat message alone does not confirm cancellation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does uninstalling LinkedIn cancel Premium?
Uninstalling LinkedIn does not cancel Google Play billing. For a Google Play purchase, complete cancellation through Google Play or LinkedIn’s supported subscription flow.
Can you close your LinkedIn account instead of canceling Premium?
LinkedIn requires you to resolve Premium before closing your account. Handle the subscription first, then proceed with account closure.
Can you stop renewal by removing your payment method?
LinkedIn does not document removing a payment method as a cancellation substitute. Complete the cancellation process for the service that bills you.
Can you call LinkedIn to cancel Premium?
LinkedIn does not provide a customer-support telephone number. Use its signed-in help and chat options for cancellation assistance.
How do you leave an employer-provided Sales Navigator subscription?
For an employer-provided Sales Navigator Core subscription, LinkedIn directs you to ask your administrator to remove you. Removing your assigned license is separate from canceling your organization’s contract.
Do the Recruiter Lite steps apply to a Recruiter contract bought under an order form?
Recruiter subscriptions bought under order forms follow their contractual cancellation terms. LinkedIn directs questions about those contracts to Corporate Billing support.
