Why This Matters

The listed 300 lb weight capacity is well above what a typical computer and monitor setup weighs. The water resistant surface helps protect against accidental spills, which is useful in a workspace where drinks or craft materials may be present.

What You're Getting

The desk includes three drawers and a cabinet, with a filing drawer among the pieces. Soft close drawer glides allow the drawers to shut quietly and reduce the chance of slamming. The base is made of solid wood with kiln dried construction, while the top is manufactured wood. Scalloped edges add a decorative detail to the rectangular shape.

Who This Is For

This desk suits someone who needs a multi purpose surface for writing, computer work, or crafting in a family room, bedroom, or office. The soft close glides are helpful in shared living areas where quiet operation matters.

Final Verdict

Consider this desk if its combination of storage, solid wood base, and water resistant surface matches your needs. Full assembly is required, so factor in the time and tools needed to put it together. The listed previous price provides a reference point, but availability and final cost can change.
