The platform needed ultra-low latency and stable delivery across regions as it scaled globally, leveraging Tencent Cloud Chat's support for more than one billion monthly active users and processing of over 550 billion messages daily.
The integration enables 24/7 direct connections between artists and fans through real-time messaging. Blooming Talk's lifelike AI voice call feature can be replicated using Tencent's Conversational AI solution.
Engineering teams completed the integration quickly using Tencent Cloud Chat's intuitive SDKs and documentation. Core messaging capabilities work across iOS and Android platforms, including real-time one-on-one chats and offline push notifications that keep users connected even when the app is closed.
