Pusheen the Cat makes her gaming debut on October 1 with Pusheen's Place, an Apple Arcade exclusive where players build a cozy paradise and collect more than 100 kitties. The game features characters like Pusheenicorn and Pancake Pusheen, along with mini-games such as Snack Stack, Parfait Pop, and Batch Match. It joins Arcade's cozy catalog alongside Hello Kitty Island Adventure, Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom, and Cozy Caravan.
Also arriving October 1 is River City Survivors, a survivors-like action game from the long-running River City series. Players blast through zombie hordes, use special moves, and grab randomized upgrades, choosing from more than 20 characters including Kunio and Riki, with up to two companions.
Three App Store favorites join the service the same day, free of ads and in-app purchases. Terraria+ includes the Bigger & Boulder update 1.4.5, featuring a Dead Cells crossover and Pals from Palworld, with support for up to seven friends via Game Center or local Wi-Fi across more than 20 biomes. Touchgrind BMX 2+ offers physics-driven BMX stunts with two-finger controls, and 4 Pics 1 Word+ brings the puzzle game that has engaged more than 400 million players worldwide.
Apple Arcade costs $6.99 per month in the U.S. with a one-month free trial, and new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV buyers get three months free. The service is also part of Apple One plans ranging from $21.95 to $39.95. Apple lists Arcade Originals as playable on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro, while App Store Greats are limited to iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.
The October lineup continues Apple's push to expand Arcade's catalog, which earlier this year added Civilization VII as a mobile exclusive on February 5.
