Hot Wheels Infinite Rush launched in Early Access today on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC, with Microsoft describing it as handheld optimized on the ROG Xbox Ally. Developed by Milestone S.r.l., the game is a high-speed arcade racing experience set across four toy-scale islands filled with races and activities.

At launch, players can choose from more than 150 vehicles divided into four classes, and outside races they can assemble a squad with one car per class and swap between them at the press of a button. The single-player campaign tasks players with becoming the Rush Master, with progression tied to a Secret Dealership and rival crews.

Customization is a big part of the package: Sticker and Livery editors let players personalize their cars, while a Track Builder includes ground-snapping and AI action markers so players can design and share their own circuits with the community.

The Xbox listing attached to the announcement shows a $49.99 price plus a pre-order pack with two extra vehicles, and Microsoft has not said when the full version will arrive. The same listing notes that cross-play leaves out Nintendo Switch 2.

In other Xbox hardware news, images of an Xbox Elite Controller Series 3 surfaced earlier this year in a listing from Brazil's regulator Anatel, pointing to a cloud gaming mode and scroll wheels.
