You have a Roblox gift card, but the app has no place to enter the code, or redeeming it hasn’t changed your Robux balance. The browser redemption page handles physical and digital cards, and what happens next depends on whether your card adds credit or Robux directly. Here’s how to redeem it on the right account and use the balance.
Redeem your gift card in a browser
This method works on computers, phones, and tablets, including iPhone, iPad, and Android. You don’t need to install an app.
Open Roblox’s redemption page in your browser.
Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the gift card.
Check that you’re signed in to the intended account before entering the code.
Enter the gift-card PIN or code in the code box.
Select Redeem.
Wait for confirmation that redemption succeeded.
Repeat the process separately for each additional card.
Amazon-sold Roblox gift cards add Robux rather than credit. Party Pack gift cards and Mini Pack codes also add Robux directly and require browser redemption. These products need no credit-conversion step.
Turn redeemed credit into Robux
A card that adds Roblox Credit leaves you with a balance to spend, so redeeming it does not directly increase your Robux balance.
Check Available Credit below Redeem on the redemption page while signed in.
If your credit covers a full package, select Get Robux. Roblox preselects the largest package your balance can afford.
For a different package, open the Robux purchase page before buying.
Select Buy for your chosen package. Spending Roblox Credit happens in a web browser.
Use a small leftover credit balance
For a remainder below the price of a full Robux package, open the redemption page while signed in.
Select Get Robux or Convert Credit to Robux to convert the small remainder.
Refresh the page to see your updated Robux balance.
Look for Convert Credit to Robux only when your credit is below the cost of a full package; the option is absent when you can afford one.
Try the Samsung Galaxy app option
The Samsung Galaxy Roblox app supports gift-card redemption. Open Roblox on your Samsung device.
Go to More → Redeem.
Enter your gift-card code. A confirmation tells you when redemption succeeds.
The standard Roblox mobile apps and consoles do not support redemption. Use the browser redemption page when the Samsung option is unavailable. Always use the browser for Party Pack and Mini Pack retail codes.
Spend credit on Roblox Plus
Gift-card credit also pays for Roblox Plus through the website on a computer in supported countries. This excludes Vietnam users of Roblox-VNG, and the Samsung app does not support Plus purchases.

Open the redemption page to access Roblox Plus purchasing with gift-card credit.
