Find out who bills you
Check your receipt or purchase terms to identify the company charging you for Norton. Use the cancellation process for that company, even if you use Norton on several devices. A retail activation code alone does not establish who handles subsequent renewal billing.
If Norton bills you directly, use your Norton account. If Apple, Google Play, Microsoft Store, a reseller, or a service provider bills you, use that provider's cancellation process. For store purchases, sign in with the account that made the purchase.
Turn off renewal in your Norton account
Open the Norton account website and sign in. Click My Account, then select My Subscriptions. Find the relevant subscription and click Cancel Renewal or Manage Subscriptions, then complete the displayed cancellation prompts.
If your account shows the alternative labels, click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal beside the subscription. Beside Plan Renewal, click Unsubscribe. Choose the applicable reason and click Next.
To continue past the retention offers, click No thanks, cancel my subscription. Click Next again and wait for the completion message. Choosing a reason or reaching an offer does not finish this flow.
If your main subscription has linked add-ons, canceling its renewal also stops those add-ons from renewing. To keep the main subscription renewing, cancel only the relevant add-on instead. For Norton Small Business, the business account owner must use the account cancellation steps or contact Norton support.
Cancel an Apple billed Norton subscription
On an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro, open Settings, tap your name, and select Subscriptions. Select Norton, then tap Cancel Subscription. Use the Apple Account that purchased the subscription.
On a Mac, open App Store and click your name in the sidebar, signing in if needed. Click your name on the resulting page, select Subscriptions, and choose Norton. Click Cancel Subscription.
