Hulu won't finish canceling, and you're left wondering whether your subscription is still active. The next move depends on who manages your subscription and where the cancellation stops. Start with your billing details, follow the matching route below, and check for confirmation before calling it done.
Find out who manages your Hulu subscription
Sign in at hulu.com/account in a computer or mobile browser. Check Payment Information for your billing provider. That determines where to cancel, regardless of the device you use to watch Hulu.
Hulu-billed subscriptions use Hulu's account page. Apple, Google Play, and other partner-managed subscriptions use the applicable provider's process. Roku-billed Hulu is the exception: Hulu handles cancellation directly.
If you cannot sign in, open Hulu's account-recovery page. Use the password-reset link under Can't log in?, or the email-recovery link if you cannot identify your account. After recovering access, return to your account page to check the biller.

For a fresh session in desktop Chrome, open More. Select New Incognito window. The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS, or Command+Shift+N on Mac. Sign in to the correct billing portal in that window.
Repeat its cancellation process. Incognito tests whether the page works in a fresh browser session; it does not cancel anything by itself. If the portal works in Incognito, temporarily disable extensions in your normal browser session. Test the extensions individually afterward to identify interference.
To reach Chrome's data-clearing controls, type Delete browsing data in the address bar. Select the Delete browsing data action chip. Clear the relevant cookies and cache.

Use Apple or Google Play's cancellation controls
Use these routes when Hulu's Payment Information identifies Apple or Google Play. Sign in with the account that purchased the subscription.
