Done with an Amazon Subscribe & Save product, but still have deliveries lined up? You can cancel it through your subscription management page. Here’s where to click, plus what cancellation means for an order already being shipped.
Start with your subscription account
Sign in to your Amazon.com account on the Subscribe & Save management page. Each product has its own subscription, so you’ll cancel each one separately.
You can complete cancellation on the web without downloading or installing anything. Amazon’s own cancellation instructions don’t list a required browser or operating-system version.
Check the delivery cutoff before you begin. Amazon’s US cancellation help and its UK guidance both tell you to cancel before the Last day to update this order date shown for that subscription. Once an order has entered the shipping process it can no longer be canceled: that shipment still arrives, and the next delivery on the schedule is canceled instead.
Use the date displayed for your own subscription when deciding whether cancellation will reach the upcoming delivery. Amazon publishes that cutoff per subscription rather than as one fixed deadline covering every order.
Cancel the product you no longer want
Open Subscriptions on the subscription management page.
Select the product image or Edit to open Subscription details.
Both entry points lead to the product’s subscription details, where Amazon places the cancellation option. These steps apply to consumer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on Amazon.com.
Choose Cancel subscription.
Enter a cancellation reason if you want to give one. It’s optional.
Select Cancel my subscription to finish.
The final confirmation is part of Amazon’s published cancellation sequence. Continue through that step after choosing the cancellation option, whether or not you provide a reason.
Repeat these steps for every other product you want to stop receiving.
End a subscription on Amazon UK
For an Amazon.co.uk subscription, use the cancellation controls in your UK account.
Open Subscribe & Save Items within your Amazon.co.uk account.
Select the product you want to stop receiving.
Choose edit.
Select cancel subscription and follow the cancellation prompts; giving a reason is optional.
On Amazon.co.uk, follow the cancellation prompts in your UK account. The final button may be worded differently from the US site.
Skip a delivery for a temporary break
Skipping gives you a break from a delivery while keeping your subscriptions active.
Use this option when you want to miss a shipment and keep the subscription running. Ending future recurring deliveries requires canceling the individual subscription instead.
Open Your Subscribe & Save Items in your Amazon account. The same skip controls work on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.
For a single item, hover over the product.
Choose skip for that item.
To skip multiple items in a delivery instead, open manage your deliveries.
Select skip all.
Confirm the items to skip until the next shipment.
Skipping all items applies to that delivery and leaves the subscriptions active. It does not end every product subscription in your account.
Get help when cancellation won’t go through
If the Amazon app’s controls differ from the steps above, open the Amazon.com subscription management page in your browser and use the cancellation steps there.
The web page provides a documented route when the app’s navigation does not match.
Canceling several products means repeating the process for each subscription. Amazon Customer Service also offers assistance when handling many subscriptions individually is difficult.
If browser cancellation still fails, visit Amazon Customer Service while signed in to the relevant Amazon.com account. Request help canceling the specific Subscribe & Save subscriptions you want to end.
Amazon Staff directs customers with cancellation problems to this assistance route. That referral covers difficulty managing multiple subscriptions, but it does not guarantee a bulk-cancellation feature.
