Perform a Force Restart

Give It a Moment
Sometimes the phone isn't truly frozen, it's just working hard on a background task. If the phone feels warm, it's likely still processing. Wait 5-10 minutes before taking further action.
Check the Charging Connection

Consider a Factory Reset
