Microsoft Surface Pro with Snapdragon X Plus drops to $1049 on Amazon

A $216.54 discount that's hard to ignore. The Snapdragon X Plus inside this Surface Pro puts it ahead of the MacBook Air M3 on raw performance, and with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, it's specced for real work. The Sapphire model drops to $1049 - save $216.54 off its 30-day average.

That's a 17% cut on a Copilot+ PC that launched at $1499.99.

For just $1049, below its 30-day average of $1265.54. The 90-day average sits at $1226.64 and the 180-day average at $1047.71, so this price lands closer to the long-term floor than the recent norm.

What You're Getting

This is Microsoft's 11th Edition Surface Pro, and it is a Copilot+ PC with a dedicated NPU for AI-accelerated tasks. The 13-inch PixelSense touchscreen supports the full Surface Pro Flex Keyboard (sold separately), and the built-in kickstand lets you switch from laptop to tablet to sketchbook in seconds.

Snapdragon X Plus (10-core) delivers claimed performance faster than the MacBook Air M3. Battery life is rated at 14 hours with fast charging via the 65W PSU through Surface Connect or USB-C.

Who This Is For

Best for Windows users who want a single device that replaces a laptop and a tablet without compromise. The 16GB/512GB config handles multitasking, creative work, and local AI workloads that 8GB machines choke on.

If you are still on an Intel-based Surface Pro from 2022 or earlier. This is the upgrade worth making. Skip it if you need a dedicated keyboard included in the box -- the Flex Keyboard is separate.

Final Verdict

$1049 for a Snapdragon X Plus Surface Pro with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is a legitimate mid-cycle price cut. The 17% savings against the 30-day average makes this a buy-now price if you need a Copilot+ PC before summer travel or back-to-school season hits.
