The good news is you can almost always fix it yourself. I'd start with the cable and port, as those are the most frequent culprits, especially with a phone that charges as fast as this one.

Check Your USB Cable and Port

Your phone's 120W charging generates significant heat, which can stress cables over time. The first thing to try is a different USB-C cable, preferably the one that came in the box.

Also, try plugging into different USB ports on your computer. A front-panel port might not provide enough power or data stability compared to a direct port on the motherboard at the back.

Clean the USB-C Port

Despite the IP69 rating, pocket lint and dust can still get packed into the charging port. Shine a light in there and look for any debris.

You can gently use a dry toothpick or a plastic dental pick to carefully scrape out any compacted lint. Avoid using anything metal, as you could damage the delicate pins inside the port.
