Method 1

  • Tap Software updates

  1. i seem to have fixed the problem by using the picture you posted with the article with the caption ” samsung galaxy s5 audio problem. I went into my settings hit the sound icon under sound and display and tapped on “call” under the samsung applications. then hit personalize call sound and followed the prompts. i can now hear a million times better on calls!

      1. Hi Sue. What they are talking about is to choose phone the green icon as if you are going to make a cal to someone. Then you will see when you press the bottom left menu the option for call settings…..then additional settings. uncheck the noise reduction settings. 🙂

    1. which did you chose, clear sound soft sound or the other?. i think those functions are only for earphone. see, any water proof device are always like this – everything sealed up. i use to owed a camera like that too -water resistance – and the problem was the same – weak mic cos it’s sealed up.
