1. Turn Off your Galaxy

3. While your Samsung Galaxy is booting, keep pressing the home button

4. You will see safe mode at the bottom left corner of the screen

2. Press the Power button and keep holding until you see ‘galaxy logo on the screen.

3. When the logo appears on the screen, immediately hold the Volume Down button when releasing the Power button.

6. Now release the Volume Down button.

If your Galaxy is stuck in the Safe mode it may be occurring because of a glitch in the firmware. So just take out the battery from your phone when it is on and hold the Power button for 60 seconds. Put the battery in your phone and turn on the phone. If it fails, you may need to proceed with wiping the cache partition. For that you have to boot your Samsung Galaxy S5 to recovery mode:

  1. My galaxy S5 Sport is stuck in a boot loop. I have removed the battery. I tried to enter recovery mode, to no avail. A little blue text appears “RECOVERY BOOTING…”, then it shuts off again. It keeps turning off and turning off. With these problems, everything is leading me to recovery mode, but pushing vol up, home, and pwr, I can’t get anywhere with it. I know that’s how you are supposed to be able to access it, but I am unable to. Someone please help!
