What You're Getting

The Leica SL Type 601 is a full-frame mirrorless body built around a 24-megapixel sensor and the MAESTRO-II processor, which delivers 11 frames per second continuous shooting. It features a 4.4-megapixel electronic viewfinder and one-piece body construction for durability.

Over 145 Leica lenses are compatible with the SL mount, giving you access to the brand's full optical lineup.

Who This Is For

Best for: photographers invested in Leica glass or looking to enter the SL system at a discount. The full-frame sensor and fast burst rate suit studio work, portrait shooting, and street photography where build quality matters.

Skip this if you need modern video features or a compact travel body -- the SL is large and built around stills first.
