If you're trying to charge your POCO X7 Pro wirelessly, you'll run into a problem right away. The X7 Pro does not support wireless charging. This is a hardware limitation of the phone itself, so no software update or setting change will enable it.

Confirm Your Charging Method

Since wireless charging isn't an option, you need to use the USB-C port. Make sure you're using the included USB-C cable and, ideally, a 90W HyperCharge adapter to get the fastest possible charging speeds. If your phone came without a charger in certain markets, you'll need to source a compatible one.

Check Your Cable and Adapter

Start with the basics. Inspect the USB-C cable for any fraying, bent pins, or debris inside the port. A damaged cable is a common culprit. Clean the USB-C Port

Force Restart Your Phone
