Xiaomi's HyperOS 3 rollout has reached 95 percent completion as the company pushes the final batch of updates to remaining devices. The Android 16-based operating system update, which began its phased deployment in late 2025, is on track to meet Xiaomi's March 2026 completion target.

According to rollout tracking data from XiaomiTime, only a handful of smartphones and tablets remain in the update queue.

The company initially announced in September 2025 that over 60 global devices would receive HyperOS 3 by March 2026, with a total of 70 devices eligible for the update.

The remaining devices scheduled for the final batch include Xiaomi 13T, Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G, Redmi 14R, Redmi 15 series (both LTE and 5G variants), Redmi 15C, Redmi A4, POCO C85, POCO C75 5G, POCO M7, POCO M7 Plus, Redmi Pad Pro, and POCO Pad. These models represent the last group eligible for HyperOS 3 before Xiaomi shifts focus to HyperOS 3.1 testing.

Xiaomi has been addressing software issues alongside the rollout. The company recently fixed a camera exposure problem affecting high-end devices running HyperOS 3.0.1.0.

Users reported ISP Exposure Sync failures causing instant white flashes in the viewfinder while adjusting focus. Xiaomi's engineering team isolated the faulty code and added patches to subsequent stable firmware releases.

The global version of HyperOS 3 has reached near parity with the China ROM, according to December 2025 reports. Xiaomi overhauled the system core for international markets, bringing performance and smoothness almost fully in line with the Chinese version while retaining full Google service integration and regional app compatibility.

Rollout data indicates hundreds of Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO models received HyperOS 3 through phased, region-specific releases between late 2025 and early 2026. The company employed staged OTA (over-the-air) releases to ensure stability, with global models following shortly after Chinese variants.

With the March 2026 deadline approaching, Xiaomi is accelerating deployment to the remaining eligible devices.

The 95 percent completion milestone comes approximately five months after the initial announcement, positioning the company to meet its original timeline for bringing Android 16 to its ecosystem.
