Trying to cancel Fortnite Crew on the device you play on? The cancellation controls belong to the company that bills you, even if you now play somewhere else. Start by finding that company, then follow its steps below to stop your next renewal.
Start with the account that bills you
Looking on the wrong billing platform sends you to the wrong cancellation settings.
Sign in to your Epic account’s subscription page.
For a platform-billed subscription, select Manage Subscription to open that platform’s cancellation flow.
Sign in with the account you used to purchase Crew.
Complete cancellation using the matching platform instructions below.
Ordinary cancellation stops renewal. Cancel before your next billing date. Deleting Fortnite does not cancel the subscription.
Cancel directly when Epic bills you
Epic-billed Crew has three cancellation options: the website, Fortnite, and the Epic Games Store application. The in-game and application routes apply on PC and mobile.
On the Epic account website, use Subscriptions > subscription’s cog icon > Cancel Subscription after signing in. Complete the cancellation prompts.
Inside Fortnite, follow Passes > Manage Subscription > Cancellation Info > Cancel Subscription.
In the Epic Games Store application, follow profile > account > Subscription > Cancel.
Choose the Xbox flow that matches your subscription
Standalone Fortnite Crew and Crew included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate have different cancellation flows. Check which subscription you have before choosing what to cancel.
For standalone Microsoft-billed Crew, sign in to your Microsoft account.
Open Services & Subscriptions > Fortnite Crew > Manage.
Select Turn off recurring billing.
Complete the cancellation prompts.
If Crew comes through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, sign in to Microsoft’s subscription page instead.
Select Manage beside Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Choose Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel.
Complete the cancellation flow.
This cancels the whole Game Pass subscription, including its other benefits. Immediate Ultimate cancellation with a refund can also revoke associated Crew content.
For a cancellation problem, open Microsoft Support.
Describe the subscription cancellation problem.
Select Get Help.
If you still cannot complete cancellation, select Contact Support for assistance.
Turn off your PlayStation subscription
These options stop renewal for PlayStation-billed Fortnite Crew.
On PS5, open Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select Fortnite Crew.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
If Crew is missing there, open Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game and App Services > Fortnite > Fortnite Crew.
Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.
On PS4, open Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service list.
Select the Fortnite Crew service.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
For browser cancellation, open Account Management through PlayStation’s subscription support page.
Sign in to your PlayStation account.
Open Subscription.
Select Cancel beneath Fortnite Crew.
In the PlayStation App, tap the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom.
Open the menu icon at the top right.
Select Subscriptions Management.
Tap Cancel beneath Fortnite Crew.
Find Nintendo’s automatic renewal setting
Using a different Nintendo Account from the purchasing account puts you in the wrong place to cancel Crew.
For the browser option, sign in with the purchasing account on Nintendo’s subscription page.
Select Fortnite Crew.
Choose Turn Off Automatic Renewal.
Complete the cancellation prompts.
On Nintendo Switch, Switch OLED, or Switch Lite, open Nintendo eShop from HOME.
Select the purchasing Nintendo Account.
Select your account icon.
Open Your Subscriptions > Fortnite Crew.
Choose Turn Off Automatic Renewal.
Complete the cancellation prompts.
For Switch 2 and the Switch family using Nintendo’s UK English labels, open Nintendo eShop from the HOME Menu.
Select the purchasing Nintendo Account.
Select the user icon at the top right.
Open Pass Settings or Passes.
Select Terminate Automatic Renewal beside Fortnite Crew.
If your region uses different labels, use the Nintendo browser route above.
Use Apple’s subscription controls for Apple billing
These options apply when Apple bills you for Crew. Use the Apple Account that purchased it, including the purchasing family member’s account for a family purchase.
On iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Fortnite Crew.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation if prompted.
For browser cancellation, including on Android, sign in to Apple’s account website with the purchasing Apple Account.
Follow the subscription cancellation prompts.
On a Mac, open App Store > your name > Account Settings > Subscriptions > Fortnite Crew.
Select Cancel Subscription.
On Windows, open the Apple Music or Apple TV application.
Choose your name > View My Account.
In the Settings section, follow Subscriptions > Manage > Fortnite Crew > Edit.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Cancel ONE store billing on Android
Bought Crew through ONE store? Its subscription settings handle cancellation. Google Play does not support purchasing Fortnite Crew, so Google Play’s cancellation controls do not apply.
Open ONE store.
Follow My > Settings > Subscription > Fortnite.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Choose Schedule Cancellation.
If you cannot find your subscription there, use Manage Subscription on your Epic account’s subscription page to reach the company that bills you.

What happens to content I already received from Fortnite Crew?
Previously received content remains subject to the Fortnite Crew subscription terms. Canceling renewal does not replace those terms.
Can I manage Game Pass Ultimate cancellation on an Xbox console?
Yes. Open Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Select Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, then follow its cancellation or recurring-billing prompts. This manages the whole Ultimate subscription that supplies Crew.
Can I cancel a Microsoft-billed subscription without signing in?
Microsoft offers a guest cancellation form for qualifying subscriptions purchased in Germany. On Microsoft’s cancellation help page, select Cancel a Microsoft subscription acquired in Germany, then complete the form with the requested subscription information.
Can I cancel an Apple-billed subscription immediately?
Apple offers immediate cancellation through Apple Support in Germany, Israel, South Africa, and Türkiye, with a prorated-refund option. Open Apple’s regional cancellation support page and select Contact Apple Support to cancel a subscription with immediate effect.
