To see Instagram photos and videos you liked on your iPhone or iPad, follow the steps below:

  • Launch Instagram app on your iOS device
  • Tap on the profile icon (as shown in the image below)

  • When your profile page opens, tap on the gear icon located in the upper-right corner
  • You will see the options there, and under “Account” tap on “Posts You’ve liked”

That is all! Instagram photos and videos you’ve liked will be displayed on the screen of your iPhone or iPad. It’s a pretty simple thing to do, and you can see the posts that go a few months back.
