Oura is expanding Health Radar and GLP-1 Insights to over 30 new markets, giving more members access to cardiovascular trends, breathing information and medication tracking. The rollout starts this week and will continue over the coming weeks, covering markets including Canada, the United Kingdom, all European Union countries and Australia. Members need an Oura Ring Gen3 or newer, with the features supported on both Android and iOS.
Health Radar uses ongoing biometric monitoring to flag patterns that Oura says may warrant rest, changes to daily habits or professional evaluation. Its two core areas are blood pressure signals and breathing during sleep, and more than 40 internal M.D.s and Ph.D.s helped design the experience. Health Radar builds on Symptom Radar, which debuted in 2024 to help members spot signs that something might be wrong.
Blood Pressure Signals looks for changes that could suggest strain on the cardiovascular system, according to Oura. Nighttime BP, also part of the international rollout, uses overnight PPG signals to identify patterns in how blood pressure drops during sleep and show trends over time. Oura describes Nighttime BP as a wellness feature and says a blood pressure drop that does not occur consistently overnight can indicate cardiovascular risk.
Cuff Inputs lets members enter measurements taken with a blood pressure cuff into the Oura App, putting those readings alongside their continuing trend information. Nighttime Breathing provides a rolling 30-day picture of breathing during sleep and disturbances. That extends the time span beyond the existing card showing breathing regularity for an individual night, with explanations about changes that might warrant professional assessment.
GLP-1 Insights brings medication records together with weight tracking and Oura measurements, including Readiness and stress. Members can record medication doses, schedules and side effects, as well as weight and body changes. Oura says combining those records with its biometric data can help members discuss their experience with healthcare providers.
The expansion follows Oura’s September partnership announcement with Counsel Health through the CMS ACCESS Model. That initiative gives the companies an opportunity to study how ongoing biometric information and physician-led care can support Medicare beneficiaries who are managing chronic conditions.
