Your Logitech headset can play audio perfectly while the microphone stays silent, records from the laptop instead, or fails only inside Zoom, Teams, Discord, or a browser tab. Start with the headset controls and connection, then work through the exact input, permission, app, and Logitech software settings that block the mic most often. 1. Start with the headset mute and boom position
