Why This Matters

A reversible DC motor lets the fan run in either direction, so it can circulate air downward in warm months and help distribute heat in cooler ones. With six speeds and a maximum airflow of 6,500 CFM, the fan can be adjusted to suit different comfort preferences in large rooms.

What You're Getting

The fan has eight plywood blades arranged in a windmill silhouette and a metal body in oil rubbed bronze. Its integrated LED light is rated at 15W with adjustable color temperature settings, though the listing gives conflicting brightness figures of 1,500 lumens in the description and 1,800 lumens in the specifications. The fixture is rated for dry locations only, and the included remote controls fan speed, light, and timer functions.

Who This Is For

This fan is suited to buyers with large rooms, which the listing describes as up to 18 x 20, as well as those with sloped ceilings up to 15 degrees, thanks to the included canopy and dual-mount downrods. It also fits shoppers who want a windmill-style fixture with an integrated light for a dry indoor space rather than a damp or wet area.

Final Verdict

Consider this fan if its windmill design and reversible motor match your room and installation needs. The listing states batteries are included, and the dry-location rating means it should be used only in spaces protected from moisture. Check your ceiling height against the two included downrods before ordering.
