Why This Matters

The included multi-function remote controls the fan and light independently, so you can adjust airflow without changing the light setting. Six fan speeds and three selectable color temperatures, 3000K warm white, 4000K natural light, and 6000K cool white, let you tune both air movement and illumination. Built-in 1-hour and 4-hour timers add convenience for automatic shutoff.

What You're Getting

The 52-inch fan has three reversible ABS blades and a DC motor, with a maximum airflow of 3,799 CFM and a maximum speed of 170 RPM. Reversing the blade direction supports downward airflow in summer and upward airflow in winter. The integrated LED light provides 1,520 lumens; Wayfair's general explainer notes that integrated LEDs can last up to 50,000 hours and cannot be replaced by the customer. The fan includes 5-inch and 10-inch downrods and supports sloped ceilings up to 12 degrees. It is rated for dry locations only.

Who This Is For

This fan is suited to homeowners or renters who need air circulation in a medium room; Wayfair's spec table lists medium rooms up to 12 x 14. The reversible blades and remote control can help in bedrooms, living rooms, or home offices where seasonal airflow adjustment is useful. Buyers who are not comfortable wiring a ceiling fixture should plan for professional installation, which is recommended for safety.

Final Verdict

At the listed sale price, this fan bundles an integrated light, a remote control, and two downrods into one package. Keep it to dry indoor rooms. The seller lists a 1-year limited warranty and a 30-day return policy.
