Why This Matters

The included remote control lets you turn the lamp on or off and change its color or brightness without leaving your seat, which is useful when the lamp sits behind a sofa or in a reading corner. The remote has magnets that can attach to a metal surface, and the pull chain switch must remain on while the remote is in use. A memory function restores your last setting the next time you turn the lamp on.

What You're Getting

The smart LED bulb supports stepless color temperature adjustment from warm white to cool white and dimmable brightness. It produces up to 810 lumens, and the listing's spec sheet gives a color temperature of 5,000K. The white linen shade is open at the top. The charging station includes one Type C port, one 5V/2A USB port and one AC outlet. Each of the three wood shelves holds up to 15 pounds, and plastic clips help tuck the power cord away. The listing also mentions an upgraded version offered only in Bamboo Wood, Dark Gray and Matte Black; the Vintage finish priced here is not named in that note.

Who This Is For

This lamp suits renters or homeowners who want a single freestanding piece to provide ambient light, display space and device charging in a living room, bedroom or home office. It is also a reasonable choice for anyone with limited outlet access near a sofa or armchair, since the built-in charging station reduces the need for separate adapters. Assembly is required, so buyers should be comfortable with basic setup.

Final Verdict

At the listed sale price, the Jarold offers a combination of lighting, shelving and charging that can replace several separate items in a small space. The discount is measured only against the merchant's listed previous price, so it is worth confirming that the current price still meets your budget. Consider the assembly requirement and the need to keep the pull chain switch on for remote operation before deciding whether this lamp fits your routine.
