Center It on the Charger
Wireless charging needs the coils inside the phone and the pad to line up perfectly. Place your Phone (3) dead center on the charging surface. The Glyph Interface lights or the on-screen battery icon should give you a charging confirmation. Being even slightly off can break the connection, so take a second to get it just right.
Take the Case Off
This is the fix I'd try right after checking the alignment. Thick cases, especially ones with metal plates, magnetic rings, or built-in card holders, can block the charging signal.
