Trying to find a Frontier router login gets messy fast because Frontier has used different router systems. Current Fiber plans use eero routers managed in the eero app, while supported Arris and TP-Link models use MyFrontier or a local browser address. Match the brand on your router label below and go straight to the right login path.

Use the eero app for current Frontier Fiber routers

Install or open the eero app on your phone or tablet, then sign in with the phone number or email address verified during your eero setup. Enter the verification code when the app asks for it. When you use Amazon login, sign in with your Amazon account credentials.

To verify an unverified phone number or email, open Settings, then tap Account settings. Tap the unverified phone or email field, enter the verification code, then tap Next.

The eero app requires iOS 15 or later, Android 9.0 or later, Bluetooth 4.0 or later, and an internet connection during setup.

Open eero from MyFrontier

If you already use MyFrontier, start there and let it hand you off to eero. Open the MyFrontier app, sign in, and tap the eero app button.

That button opens the eero app, where Wi-Fi settings such as the Wi-Fi password are managed.

If this path fails, install or open the eero app directly and sign in with your verified phone number, verified email address, or Amazon account.

Manage an Arris router in MyFrontier

Use this method when you have a Frontier-supported Arris router that works with MyFrontier Wi-Fi management. It is the shortest path for changing the Wi-Fi network name or password.

Open the MyFrontier app and sign in to your Frontier account. On the MyFrontier home screen, tap Manage Wi-Fi, then use the page that opens to manage your Wi-Fi network name and password.

Reach Arris NVG routers from a browser

This opens the local admin page for Frontier Arris NVG443B, NVG448B, NVG448BQ, and NVG468MQ routers. Connect your phone, tablet, or computer to the router, then open a web browser. Enter https://192.168.254.254 in the address bar.

Type Admin in the Name field and type the password printed on the bottom router label in the Password field. When a wireless settings page asks for separate credentials, enter the username and password printed on the bottom sticker. If you personalized the router login earlier, enter your personalized login and password instead.

Use this path for TP-Link routers such as the Archer AXE300.

  1. 1.Connect your device to the router by Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
  2. 2.Open Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
  3. 3.Type tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
  4. 4.If a browser warning appears, click Advanced, then click Proceed to tplinkwifi.net (unsafe) or Proceed to 192.168.0.1 (unsafe).
  5. 5.On first setup, create a secure admin password; on later visits, enter your local admin password.
  6. 6.On the sign-in screen, switch between local password login and TP-Link ID login when your router uses a TP-Link ID.

The most common cause is that your phone or computer is not connected to the TP-Link router you are trying to manage. Connect your device to the TP-Link Wi-Fi network again, then open your browser. Enter tplinkwifi.net in the address bar.

If the page does not load, enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar. If that address does not load, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar.

For the TP-Link Tether app, connect your smartphone to the TP-Link Wi-Fi network first. On a new or factory-reset router, use the default wireless network name and password printed on the bottom label. On a router you already set up, use its current Wi-Fi network name and password.

Launch the Tether app, then select your TP-Link wireless router from the device list. Create a login password for the TP-Link wireless router when the app runs first-time setup. Continue through Connection Type and Wireless Setup.

Use this method when you forgot the TP-Link local admin password and cannot sign in through the web page or the Tether app. A hardware reset sends the router back through setup from the beginning.

Enter admin in lower case on the login screen. If that password fails, press the Reset button or reset hole for 10 seconds. Set up the router again through the web management page or through the Tether app.

Skip browser login on eero routers

Do not use a browser address on Windows, Linux, or an Intel-based Mac to configure an eero network. Open the eero app on iOS or Android instead.

On an Apple Silicon Mac, install the iPad version of the eero app. Use that app the same way you use the tablet app. Default-IP instructions for older Frontier routers do not apply to eero systems.

Separate Alexa and Amazon linking from router login

This fixes confusion between account linking and real Frontier router admin access. In the eero app, open Settings, then open Advanced networking. Under Integrations, tap Amazon Connected Home.

Tap Connect to Amazon, then sign in to the Amazon account. Use this only for connected-home features, not as a standalone Frontier router login page.

For TP-Link voice controls, open the Alexa app, then tap Skills & Games. Search for and select TP-Link Router, then tap Enable the Skill. Link your TP-Link account.

Use voice commands only for supported router functions after account linking. The skill needs an Alexa-supported TP-Link product with a TP-Link ID bound to it, so check TP-Link’s Alexa compatibility list before you count on it for your model. Use the TP-Link web page or Tether app for router admin login.
