iPhone Front Facing Camera Not Working? How to Fix It

Your iPhone front camera should open cleanly for selfies, FaceTime, scans, and video calls. When it shows a black screen, refuses to switch, or works in one app but not another, start with the checks that separate a blocked lens from an app, permission, or repair issue. 1. Remove anything blocking the camera

Start with the physical stuff, especially after adding a case, screen protector, lens accessory, magnetic mount, or replacement part.
