Common iPhone 6 problems and their fixes

 

iPhone 6 Bluetooth issues

This is one of the most common problems. If you can’t pair your iPhone with a Bluetooth device, or if these devices can’t stay connected, try the solutions listed below.

Method 1:

Go to Settings, turn the Bluetooth off and then turn it back on.

Method 2:

Toggle Airplane mode.

Method 3:

Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find a Bluetooth device you are having problems with and click on (i), then tap on Forget this device and confirm the action. After that, find the device and try to pair again.

Method 4:

Press and hold the sleep/wake button, drag the slider and turn the phone off completely. Then, press and hold the sleep/wake button and turn it on.

Method 5:

Navigate to Settings > General > Reset and tap on Reset network settings.

Method 6:

Is there a new version of iOS? Download and install it.

Update the software on the Bluetooth pairing device if possible (see the manual that came with your device).

If nothing works, you can erase all content and settings. Because everything will be deleted, backup everything that’s important. iPhone 6 Wi-Fi issues

If you can’t connect to a Wi-Fi network, of if the connection is slow or keeps dropping, there are many things you can do in order to get rid of this problem.

Method 1:

Go to Settings, turn off Wi-Fi, and turn it back on.

Method 2:

Navigate to Settings, enable Airplane mode, wait 10-15 seconds and disable it again.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Location services, choose System services and then turn Wi-Fi networking.

iPhone 6 battery issues and overheating

Don’t use your device while charging.

Turn the Wi-Fi off and then turn it back on.

It must be pointed out that this feature is not enabled by default, so you need to make sure that you’ve turned it on. Go to Settings > Phone.

Method 3:

Restart your iPhone.

The next thing you may try is to reset network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap on Reset network settings.

iMessage problem iPhone 6

Another issue of iPhone 6 is iMessage problem. Messages are coming late or sometimes it is not coming or else users are not able to mark the massage.

The best solution of this problem is to either “Resetting the Network Settings” or Rebooting.

First go for rebooting. If your problem is not solved then reset the network. For that you need to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Now you need to create a new password for Wi-fi by paying a small amount.

 

Unstable Wi-Fi connection

One more common problem is unstable Wi-Fi connection. You can solve this issue by “Resetting the Network” or else by turning off the wi-fi. For that, go to Settings > Privacy > Location services > System services to turn off the wi-fi. After this, your phone will be rebooted and will start working normally.
