What You're Getting

The Total Chef Retro Microwave Oven delivers 700W of cooking power in a 20L (0.7 cubic foot) capacity. Its standout feature is the eye-catching retro design with vibrant red finish and shiny chrome accents that add vintage character to any kitchen.

You get eight pre-set cooking modes for coffee, rice, pasta, potato, reheat, fish, pizza, and popcorn, plus six power levels for custom cooking. The unit includes quick start functionality and weight/time defrost options, all controlled through a bright LED display with simple dial and push-button operation.

Cleanup is straightforward with a removable glass turntable and roller ring that are dishwasher-safe.

Who This Is For

Best for apartment dwellers, office lunch rooms, and anyone with limited counter space. This compact microwave fits perfectly in small kitchens, dorm rooms, RVs, or cottages where full-sized appliances aren't practical.

It's also ideal for those who prioritize aesthetics alongside functionality, offering a stylish alternative to basic white or black microwaves. Skip this if you need larger capacity for family cooking or if you require advanced smart features.

The Caveat

At 700W, this microwave has slightly less power than standard 1000W models, which means slightly longer cooking times for some foods. The retro design might not appeal to everyone, particularly those preferring minimalist or modern kitchen aesthetics.

Final Verdict

For $149.99, the Total Chef Retro Microwave Oven delivers both style and practical cooking features in a compact package. If you need a space-saving microwave that adds visual appeal to your kitchen and can handle basic reheating and cooking tasks, this discounted price makes it a sensible purchase.

Wait if you require higher wattage for faster cooking or if you're holding out for deeper discounts during major sales events.
