For just $195.30, below its 180-day average of $272.31. This represents a substantial $77 savings compared to the speaker's typical pricing over the last six months.

The current price undercuts the 30-day average of $251.80 by more than $56, making this one of the better opportunities to grab premium in-wall audio without waiting for Black Friday.

What You're Getting

The Polk Audio 265-RT features a 3-way design with two 6.5" mid/woofers and a 1" swivel-mount silk dome tweeter for balanced sound distribution. Polk's patented Power Port technology enhances bass response while minimizing distortion.

The vanishing series design allows the speaker to blend seamlessly into walls with paintable grilles that match any decor. Installation is simplified with precision fit templates and a rotating cam system for secure, vibration-free mounting.

These speakers work as left/right surround or rear channels in 3.1 to 7.1 home theater systems.

Who This Is For

Best for: Home theater enthusiasts building a discreet audio system and DIY installers looking for premium sound without visible speakers. This deal makes sense if you're currently renovating or building out a surround sound setup and want high-performance audio that disappears into your walls.

The Caveat

In-wall installation requires cutting into drywall and basic electrical knowledge. These are permanent fixtures once installed, so placement decisions are critical.

The black/white color options work for most interiors, but the paintable grille offers customization flexibility.

Final Verdict

At $195.30, this is a solid buy for anyone planning a home theater upgrade who values clean aesthetics and quality sound. The 28% discount represents genuine savings from the speaker's recent pricing history.

Wait if you're not ready to commit to permanent installation or if you can hold out for potential deeper discounts during holiday sales events.
