Get This Deal The Dune colorway of Microsoft's latest Surface Laptop is rarely discounted outside of major sales events, making this $182.57 price cut worth a look if you have been waiting on the Copilot+ lineup. The 13.8-inch touchscreen model with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage hits the sweet spot for most buyers who want AI features without overshooting their budget.

What You're Getting

This is a Copilot+ PC, meaning it packs a dedicated NPU for AI-powered tasks like real-time captions, Windows Studio Effects, and Cocreator in Paint. The Snapdragon X Plus (10-core) processor delivers faster performance than the MacBook Air M3, according to Microsoft's benchmarks, while the 13.8-inch touchscreen display uses bright HDR tech in an ultra-thin bezel.

Battery life is rated at up to 20 hours, enough to get through a full workday and then some. The Dune finish is a warm sand color that stands out from the usual silver and black options.

Who This Is For

Best for: Windows users who want to jump into the Copilot+ ecosystem without paying a premium. If you are coming from an older Intel-based Surface Laptop (Gen 3 or earlier), the NPU-driven performance and battery life gains are a meaningful upgrade.

Students and remote workers who need a lightweight, all-day machine with AI capabilities will get the most value here. Skip if you need Thunderbolt 4 support or prefer x86-native app compatibility over ARM-based efficiency.

Final Verdict

For $998.99, this Surface Laptop undercuts most Snapdragon X Plus configurations by a solid margin while matching the specs that matter: 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, and a premium touchscreen. If you are in the market for a Copilot+ PC right now. This is the configuration to buy.
