Why This Matters

A 5,300 BTU maximum output and a heating coverage area of 1,000 square feet make this fireplace suited to taking the chill off a large room. The integrated blower has variable speeds to help circulate warmth. An adjustable thermostat lets you set a preferred temperature, while the flame can operate without heat for ambiance in warmer months.

What You're Getting

This vent-free, plug-in unit offers two installation options: surface mounting on drywall with wood studs or solid concrete, or recessing into a pre-framed wall cavity. The slim 3.9-inch profile helps it sit close to the wall, and the front vent releases heated air forward. Built-in features include a timer, adjustable flame size, multicolor and flickering flame effects, adjustable lighting levels, and infrared technology. Smart connection compatibility covers WiFi, a proprietary app, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit. Safety features include a cool touch exterior, automatic safety shutoff, and thermal overload protection. The fireplace is designed for easy maintenance by wiping clean with a dry cloth.

Who This Is For

This fireplace fits homeowners who want a wall-mounted or recessed electric heater for a large indoor room and value smart home integration. It also suits people who want the look of a fire without venting or fuel. Buyers should confirm their wall type and, for recessed installation, a pre-framed cavity before purchase; the listing states that assembly is required.

Final Verdict

At the listed sale price, this fireplace offers a large coverage area, flexible installation, and smart controls for less than the merchant's listed previous price. Consider whether your wall can support surface mounting or whether you can create a recessed cavity, since installation requirements differ. If those installation and coverage details match your room, this is a reasonable option to evaluate.
