What You're Getting

Marshall's signature sound profile is the headline act here -- thunderous bass, smooth mids, and crisp treble in a familiar on-ear package. The fifth-generation Major packs over 100 hours of wireless playtime, which is class-leading for this form factor. The build is rugged and foldable for easy travel, and wireless charging means one less cable to manage. A customizable M-button gives quick access to Spotify Tap, EQ settings, or your voice assistant through the Marshall Bluetooth app.

Who This Is For

Best for commuters and frequent travelers who need battery life measured in days, not hours. The on-ear design and foldable hinge make these a natural grab-and-go pair for the gym bag or backpack.

The Caveat

On-ear headphones are not for everyone. If you need passive noise isolation or plush over-ear padding for hours of continuous use, the Major V's form factor may feel snug after a while. The sound profile leans warm and bass-forward, which suits rock and electronic but may not satisfy audiophiles chasing neutral reference tuning.

Final Verdict

For $89.99, you get 100-hour battery life, wireless charging, and Marshall's signature tuning in a portable package. If you need a durable daily driver for commutes and travel. This is the price to lock in.

If you prefer over-ear comfort or a flat frequency response, keep looking.
