For just $1709.99, below its 30-day average of $1984.16. The 90-day average sits at $2071.12, and the 180-day average is $2055.69, so this price is a genuine outlier in recent months.

LG's 2025 C5 lineup launched earlier this year, and discounts of this size on the 77-inch variant have been scarce. If you have been tracking this model, you know this is the lowest it has been trending.

What You're Getting

LG's C5 series builds on twelve years of OLED refinement with the new Alpha 9 AI Processor Gen8 driving picture processing. Key highlights include:

Brightness Booster technology that pushes each pixel harder for improved luminance in any room. The panel carries UL verification for Discomfort Glare Free (UGR under 22), meaning it performs well even in bright spaces without washing out blacks.

Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos come standard, along with Filmmaker Mode for director-intended color grading. AI Super Upscaling cleans up lower-resolution content automatically, and the Wow Orchestra feature syncs TV audio with compatible LG soundbars.

Alexa is built in for hands-free control.

Who This Is For

Best for anyone looking at a 77-inch OLED who wants LG's latest processor generation without jumping to the G-series pricing. This is also a strong upgrade for owners of 2021 or earlier C-series models, the brightness improvements and AI processing are noticeable jumps.

If you can hold out for Black Friday or Prime Day, you might save another fifty to a hundred dollars, but there is no guarantee this exact price reappears.

Final Verdict

The 77-inch C5 at $1709.99 undercuts its recent averages by a wide enough margin to justify buying now rather than gambling on deeper discounts later. If you need a large OLED with top-tier processing and Dolby Vision support. This is the price to act on.
