What You're Getting

The Sense 2 is Fitbit's most sensor-dense smartwatch. It features all-day stress detection with cEDA sensor, an ECG app for atrial fibrillation assessment, irregular heart rhythm notifications, SpO2 monitoring, and a health metrics dashboard.

Activity tracking includes built-in GPS with workout intensity mapping, a Daily Readiness Score, Active Zone Minutes, 24/7 heart rate, 40-plus exercise modes, and 50-meter water resistance. Sleep tracking delivers a personalized Sleep Profile, daily sleep stages and Sleep Score, plus a smart wake alarm.

On-wrist Bluetooth calls, texts, and phone notifications are supported alongside Amazon Alexa, Fitbit Pay, Google Wallet, and Google Maps (Android only). Battery life is rated at six-plus days.

Both small and large bands are included in the box.

Who This Is For

Best for anyone who wants clinical-grade health tracking without an Apple Watch. The ECG, cEDA stress sensing, and sleep analysis make this a strong fit for wellness-focused users who want actionable data, not just step counts.

If you are coming from a Versa 2 or older Fitbit, the sensor upgrade is significant enough to justify the move now.

The Caveat

The Sense 2 lacks a wrist speaker for call audio, so you will need your phone nearby to actually talk. Google Maps navigation is Android-only as well.

If those features are dealbreakers, a Wear OS watch or the Versa 4 may suit you better.

Final Verdict

For under $200, the Sense 2 delivers more health sensors than anything in its price bracket. If stress tracking, ECG, and sleep analytics matter to you. This is the price to act on.
